The Academy is led by world-class experts from the United States and is strictly practical.

The LGBTQI+ Academy will integrate LGBTQI+-friendly professionals from three main areas (law, psychology and social activism) and help them jointly promote the cause by creating a powerful network of LGBTQI+ Leaders
You will learn the practical skills necessary to help your clients, patients, and community outreach groups
You will learn how to make changes that will start improving the situation of the LGBTQI+ community in your home country
You will join the network of LGBTQI+ Leaders connecting people with the greatest commitment, enthusiasm, and courage to change and improve the situation of the LGBTQI+ community
You will become a defender of the rights of the LGBTQI+ community, learn how to introduce and implement significant legal and social change, how to approach psychological problems faced by LGBTQI+ persons, and how to respond to attacks, violence and often inhuman treatment of LGBTQI+ persons
You will have the opportunity to participate in a voluntary conference on LGBTQI+ rights, activism and psychology organized after the Academy. During the conference, willing graduates of the Academy will share the knowledge gained during the Academy with other professionals and laymen. The conference will be an ideal opportunity to confront the current situation of the LGBTQI+ community with the knowledge gained during the LGBTQI+ Academy in search of better solutions.
