The Center for American Studies would like to invite you to participate in a course with an experienced American psychologist, Dr. Kiki Ramsey, titled “Positive Psychology: Managing Stress, Work & Relationships”.

Through a blend of scientific research, practical exercises, and real-life applications, you'll learn how to apply positive psychology to manage stress, work & relationships, and how to communicate in an effective and inclusive way.
The course takes place in real time on May 24 (Friday), 2024 between 5.00-8.30 pm (CET – Berlin/Rome/Prague/Warsaw time) online on Zoom.
Participants will have a chance to ask questions and engage in discussion with the course instructor.

Learn techniques to build resilience, manage stress, and effectively cope with life's challenges of yourself and your patients / teammates and employees. Develop a toolbox of strategies for maintaining a positive outlook in the face of adversity. Apply positive psychology principles to various aspects of life, such as work, education, interpersonal relations and community involvement. Learn inclusive strategies for nurturing and enhancing relationships at home and at work. Create a personalized well-being plan and set meaningful goals for your patients / teammates and employees.
Kiki Ramsey
Dr. Kiki Ramsey is a sought-after Psychologist and Executive Counsel of top-level managers and business owners, with a passion for helping individuals and organizations achieve their full potential.
She founded The Positive Psychology and Diversity Institute, a leadership development firm helping young and experienced professionals.
She is known for her innovative approach to counseling called Positively Diverse Leadership, which is an evidence-based approach rooted in positive psychology that fosters the intentional use of strengths to relate and communicate as an inclusive leader.
She delivered keynote speeches for corporations and events all around the world. Her energy is contagious and the moment she enters the room you will know why.
She is also the author of “Get Courageous Now: A Woman’s Guide to Finding Her Passions and Purpose in Life”. She holds a Master’s in Social Work and Positive Psychology and a Ph.D. in Business Psychology.
Every participant will receive a set of materials that can be used as a handy resource also after the course.

All of our courses are certified.
You will be awarded an official digital certificate signed by the Center for American Studies' President and Director of Academic Affairs. You may then print the certificate at home, use it to apply for various positions, or simply post it to your LinkedIn.
The certificate can be also used as proof of completion of a given number of hours of training (continuing education requirement) mandated by your employer, psychology association or another professional organization.
