Pediatrics is a branch of medicine that deals with the health of children and adolescents, encompassing both physical and mental disorders. Pediatricians diagnose, treat, and monitor the development of children from birth to eighteen years of age.

The scope of pediatrics also includes preventive healthcare, vaccinations, genetic diagnosis, and specialized care for chronic, infectious, immunological, endocrine, neurological, and other diseases.

Pediatrics is a challenging and important specialty. It focuses on the medical care (prevention, diagnosis, and treatment) of infants, children, and adolescents, integrating the problems of other fields of medicine and drawing on their achievements.

The main objective of the Congress is to exchange knowledge between young and experienced physicians and medical staff involved professionally and scientifically in pediatrics (in an atmosphere of unrestricted and multifaceted exchange of experiences).

The Congress will discuss the latest advances in pediatrics, innovative methods of treatment, prevention, and diagnostics, as well as current guidelines and recommendations for pediatric care.

Steps required to register for the conference as a passive participant:

Registered attendees will be able to view the conference schedule in advance – no "blind payment" is expected.

The schedule, along with the full list of speakers and their presentation titles, will be made available via email.

How should the transfer be titled?

The transfer title should be formulated according to the following format*:

"Name and surname – fee for active/passive participation (select the appropriate one) – International Pediatric Congress"

*Failure to meet this requirement may result in delays in processing the fee and, consequently, may exclude you from the conference.

If two, three, or more speakers are presenting together, please ensure that each speaker pays the fee separately.

The organizers anticipate the possibility of publishing a publication, but this will depend on the number of authors willing to publish the text in a scientific monograph. The conference fee does not include the publication fee.

• Our certificates are widely recognized in scholarship and grant procedures by public and private universities and other entities.
• It is possible to receive a VAT invoice (please request it in the registration form).
• If your participation in the conference is to be financed by the university (or other institution/company), we suggest that you pay for your participation from your personal funds and then obtain reimbursement from the university on the basis of an invoice issued by the Center to your university (institution/company).
• The fee is non-refundable (since it grants you the right of entry to the conference).
• The link to the online conference room will be made available to registered participants within 24 hours before the start of the conference.
• It is possible to deliver a conference presentation by two or more speakers (the fee should be multiplied by the number of speakers).
• It is possible to receive a certificate for co-authorship of research by individuals who do not present at the conference but have actively participated in the research presented at the conference. In order to receive such a certificate, it is required that (1) each co-author of the research pays the fee as for active participation, (2) each co-author of the research completes an active participation form with the indication of the other co-authors, and (3) the presenting participant (speaker) sends a documentary statement (e-mail) confirming the names of the non-presenting co-authors of the research at the conference and their academic affiliations.
• The presentation time is 15-25 minutes (depending on the fact of giving a solo or duet presentation and the total number of presentations during the conference).
• Paper certificates of participation will be sent by traditional mail up to two (Poland) months from the end of the conference – due to the approaching scholarship deadlines, we will attempt to send them even faster.
• Digital certificates are sent within a week from the end of the conference to *all* participants.
• Each participant will receive a certificate on the composition of the Conference Committee.
• Each participant will receive a certificate confirming the status of the Center for American Studies / Center for Medical Studies as a scientific society engaged primarily in independent and continuous scientific activity, along with a complete list of the members of the Academic Council.
• In addition to the certificates and the confirmation of the composition of the Academic Council, all participants will also receive a Book of Abstracts bearing an official ISBN (International Standard Book Number). The Book of Abstracts may be attached to the certificate as part of scholarship and grant application procedures.

Preparing your abstract in accordance with these guidelines increases the chances of a positive review and acceptance to present at the conference as a speaker.

• The exact time of speaking at the conference is pre-determined by the Organizer (it will be not possible to change the time of your conference presentation set in the conference schedule).
