1.1 General Principles

1. The text submitted for publication shall not be previously published or submitted for publication at any other publisher.
2. Apart from the text, please attach a summary (200-300 words) in English and the language of the text (if it is different from English) as well as 4-7 keywords.
3. Minimum and maximum length of each text will be determined in consultation with the Publishing Press and expressed as a number of characters (including the text itself, spaces as well as the title, summary, key words, and any additional graphic material, including tables and charts, footnotes and bibliography – list of references).
4. By submitting the text for publication, each Author agrees to the Publishing Press’s/Editor’s corrections and amendments within the text.

1.1 Format

1. The text should be saved in an Microsoft Word editable format (.doc, .docx).
2. Please do not divide words or apply any special formatting: underlining, tagging, comments, automatic styles, hard spacing, soft enters, page breaks, section breaks. The text will undergo typesetting according to generally acceptable rules.

1.3 Text Parameters

1. A4 size, vertical orientation.
2. Times New Roman (TNR) font, size 12.
3. 1,5 spacing.
4. Justified text.
5. Indentation for the first line of each paragraph: 1,25 cm.
6. All margins 2,5 cm.
7. Order: the title of the text (article, chapter), the word „Introduction”, subheadings, the word „Summary”, the word „References”: TNR 12, bold type, left aligned, no capital letters.
8. Page numbers: Arabic with periods (1., 2., 3., etc.).
9. Page numbers on the bottom, aligned to the center of the page.
10. Abstract should be written in solid plain text (without division into paragraphs).

3. Introduction (must include an aim or hypothesis)

In order to maintain the uniformity of the publication, use only the words "Introduction", "Summary" and "Bibliography" (do NOT use their synonyms) to name the editorial units of the text, as indicated above. .

1.5 Citations in the Text

1. Citations should be labeled with quotation marks at the beginning and the end. The source should be indicated in the corresponding footnote.
2. When omitting a fragment of the quote it is required to use the [...] mark.

1. Use automatically numbered footnotes.
2. The footnote index number shall be in the upper fraction of a word (sentence).
3. Location of the footnote: at the bottom of the relevant page.
4. Parameters: TNR 10, single-space, justified text. Every footnote should end with a period.
5. The first reference to the relevant source should include all elements of the bibliographical description. The name(s) of the author should be given as initial(s) before the last name.

1. We strongly recommend avoiding any additional materials such as tables, charts, drawings, etc.
2. Charts and figures must be in a format acceptable by the editor and editable in terms of size and font, for instance in Excel. Excel materials shall be also submitted as separate files.
3. All additional materials should be black and white (greyscale).
4. Additional materials should be referenced in the text.
5. Additional materials should be accurately numbered.
6. The table/chart title should be located under the table/chart (TNR 10, single-spaced, bold, centered).

1. Bibliography added at the end of the text should be be divided into:
   • Legal acts,
   • Court judgements,
   • Specialized literature (secondary literature),
   • Subject literature (primary sources, if there are any),
   • Internet sources
2. References shall appear in alphabetical order arranged according to the last names of respective authors (or by the titles – In case of multi-author publications).
3. References should contain no numbering

When the work is part of a bigger whole (multi-author publication), include the main work’s title.
